At Curated Kit Co. we take pride in the quality and care put into our products. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions
While we do not offer returns or refunds, we want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@curatedkitco.com within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we will no longer be able to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the information and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged item.

Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will promptly send you the correct product at no additional cost.
