Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Processing Time for Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-order items will be shipped on the release date on the product page. Please note that release dates are subject to change and we will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Tucson, AZ.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with all the necessary details. From the date of this email, you have 10 business days to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be considered non-refundable, and the items will be restocked into our inventory.
We encourage you to pick up your order promptly to avoid any issues. If you anticipate any delays, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Thank you for your understanding!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery of your package.
Shipping Issues
Curated Kit Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. In the event that your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@curatedkitco.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
